At RIER, we value quality and craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Place the item in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
